Free Shipping Offer
Babyandme.ca will ship an order with a minimum pre-tax total of $59 for free within Canada *(Some restrictions apply, see below).
Our Free Shipping offer excludes some furniture items (subject to Babyandme.ca discretion, see product description for shipping limitations), all clearance or sale items and other over-sized items (see product descriptions for shipping details).
This offer may be modified or terminated at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of a discount.

All in-stock items are shipped within 2-3 business days. Once the order has been shipped Babyandme.ca will notify the customer via email of the shipment date and will be provided with a Canada Post tracking number. Currently we are only able to ship orders within Canada, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. To offer you the best shipping price possible, all orders are shipped via Canada Post.
Shipments are sent Monday – Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
If for any reason there will be delays with your order a Babyandme.ca customer service representative will contact you within 48 hours of the time your order was placed to discuss alternative shipping options.
Please note, some orders may be shipped separately due to the size or quantity of items ordered.
If there are any discrepancies with shipping totals, or over-sized items that may require additional shipping charges a Babyandme.ca customer service representative will contact you to discuss price changes or alternative shipping options.
Once an order has been shipped Canada Post will attempt to deliver the order no more than twice. If the recipient of the order is unavailable to receive the order during the first Canada Post delivery a delivery notification will be left at the recipient’s door. A second delivery attempt may be made.
If Canada Post remains unsuccessful in their delivery attempts any packages will be held at a Canada Post depot for 15 days after which the package will be returned to Baby & Me. To arrange a re-delivery, additional delivery charges will need to be paid again by the purchaser.
We reserve the right to limit quantities available for sale. We also reserve the right to at any time correct, cancel, reject or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever at our sole discretion, whether or not the order has been submitted, confirmed and/or charged to your credit card. Credit cards are never charged for cancelled orders.
Receiving your Shipment
For insurance purposes all orders are sent with a “signature required” by the recipient. The recipient of the order must be present to receive, inspect & sign for the delivery.
Before signing and receiving your order please review the following:
- Check to ensure you have received the proper number of packages
- Check for any damage to the packaging
- Take a photo of any damage to the packaging
Please note: your signature indicates acceptance of the package. If there is any damage to the package please be as detailed as possible on the packing slip before signing and accepting the package. If you sign for the package without noting issues you are accepting the package and its contents as is. If you have not received the proper number of packages or an item appears to have been damaged please note this prior to signing.
The shipping company will not honour any insurance claims if damages or shortages are not recorded and we will therefore be unable to honour any returns.
Once the package has been received please immediately check the contents of your order. Any damages to the contents of the order or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Babyandme.ca is committed to making sure that the product you purchased is the best product for you.
Any shipping costs incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded by babyandme.ca. If a returned item is deemed not re-saleable or is outside of our return policy by babyandme.ca a refund will not be issued and it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping the item back.
With proof of purchase we will accept any non-sale items in like-new condition and undamaged packaging for a full refund, exchange or babyandme.ca credit at the customer’s discretion within 14 days of the order being shipped. Shipped items past 14 days but within a 30 day period can be returned for an exchange or babyandme.ca credit.
Due to hygienic reasons the following products are a final sale and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Medela products
- Feeding products
- Potty training products
- Hygiene Products
Due to safety concerns we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on the following:
- Safety items out-of-packaging
- Safety Gates
- Car Seats
- Item and damage description
- Photos of the item showcasing the damage or defect
- A copy of the original receipt or gift receipt
- Model number
- Manufacture date
A 25% restocking fee may be applied to all furniture or out-of-box stroller returns
