Freestyle Flex comes complete with two sets of Medela PersonalFit Flex breast shields for added comfort and improved milk flow – tested with mothers 2-Phase Expression®Thanks to Medela's 2-Phase Expression technology, this breast pump simulates your baby’s natural sucking behaviour at the breast and feels very comfortable to use. The 2-Phase Expression starts off with a short, quick sucking rhythm until your milk starts to flow. It then changes to a slow rhythm to express the milk. The simple up/down buttons allow you to control the vacuum strength to suit your comfort level as this is when your milk will flow best.
Delay Start Function You can activate a delay start function – this feature gives you ten seconds before Freestyle Flex starts, which is particularly useful when double pumping, as it leaves your hands free to put breast shields in place without rushing.
