At Baby & Me, we talk to parents all day, every day. We know how overwhelming it can be to sift through advice from websites, social media, well-meaning family and friends, and even healthcare professionals—all of whom often share conflicting recommendations.
That’s why we created Baby & Me 101 Sessions: to help you cut through the noise, gain clarity, and feel confident on your parenting journey.
What Are Baby & Me 101 Sessions?
Our 101 Sessions are designed to provide foundational knowledge on various parenting topics. They’re thoughtfully crafted to consider families’ diverse lifestyles and are based on:

How Long Does It Take?
Quick and easy! If you want to know what to consider about teethers, it’s a 2-5 minute deal. Want to dive deep into strollers 101? We’ve got you covered—plan for 30 minutes to an hour, depending on how many questions you’ve got. We’re here for all of them!
How Many 101 Sessions Are There?
We’ve got 22 different sessions lined up, covering everything from pacifiers to shoes, toys, and car seats. Pick what interests you the most to get started, and we promise, you’ll want to take them all!
