Before First Use:
- Disassemble and clean the product by placing all components in boiling water for 5 minutes to ensure hygiene.
Subsequent Cleaning:
- Latex Nipple must be cleaned and sterilized before each use by scalding:
- Pour it with boiling water and let it soak in the water for approx. 5 min.
- Pick it up and let it dry on a clean towel.
- Do not use microwave sterilizing for latex nipple
- Do not use cleaning products on latex nipple
- Do not use dishwasher for latex nipple
- Do not leave the nipple in direct sun
- Improper care will break down the natural rubber latex
We charge flat rates for shipping, based on postal code and service selected. We've even got FREE shipping options for qualifying orders. Shipping charges are automatically applied based on order total and ship-to address. All orders over $500 will require a signature upon arrival.

We have carefully selected the fastest, most reliable shipping methods for all eligible products on our site. Your order will ship via UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Canpar, ICS, or Canada Post. If you live in an area that is a shipping nightmare and have a preferred carrier, please let us know via the notes section on the order or a follow up email.
